Hello, I'm Carin Troconis, creator of Crystals Jewelry.
For a long time I had in my heart the idea of creating something that spoke of me, my story, who I am. But it wasn't until 2024 that, with fear and emotion, I dared to take the first step.
This is how Crystals Jewelry was born: a brand made from the soul, designed for real women like you and me - women who often don't have time, but still want to feel cute, safe and unique with small details that make the difference.
It all started in my house, between laughter, chaos and hugs from my daughters. In the midst of that beautiful mess, my desire to do something that would fill me up, something I could share with other women was born.
Each piece I create has a purpose: to remind you that you deserve to feel beautiful, even in the simplest days. They are minimalist, versatile and full of intention jewels, designed to accompany you in your day to day and give you back that spark that we sometimes forget among so many responsibilities.

Return & Refund
Return policy
You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be accepted, the jewel must be unused, with its labels, in its original packaging and with the proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Write to us at Crystalsjewelry.cc@outlook.com to request your return. Once approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions to return the package. We do not accept returns without prior notice.
Non-returnable products
We do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons, or products on sale, gift cards or personalized items. If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before buying.
Damaged or buggy orders
Check your order upon receipt. If it arrives damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately to solve it as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it was approved. If it is, the refund will be automatically processed in your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you do not see the refund, contact us.
